TechFino ConnectorTechFino Connector is the app of Techfino Capital Private Limited ("Techfino", "we"), a non-banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India (CoR N-02.00314), for its connector partners: people who refer small businesses (MSMEs) that need a loan. This notice explains what the app collects and why. Techfino's privacy policy also applies, including to the customers whose details a connector sends.
What the app collects
- Your sign-in (email and password) to get a session token, which is kept in the phone's secure storage (Keychain / Keystore).
- The profile Techfino keeps for your connector account is shown to you (name, mobile, email, connector code, payout account); the app does not collect these details itself.
- The customer's name, mobile number and (optional) email, business address, PIN code, city and state.
- The loan details: amount, tenure, family income, whether the customer owns property, and (optional) a vehicle number.
- The Techfino branch you choose.
- Optionally, a photo of the customer, only if you take or choose one, and a one-time password check of the customer's mobile number, only if you tap Verify.
- Your phone's location when you send the lead. Techfino records where each lead is sourced; the location is also used to list the nearest Techfino branches.
Please send a lead only with the customer's consent: the form asks you to confirm that the customer agreed to be contacted by Techfino about a loan.
The app does not show advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking. It does not read your contacts or other apps' data.
Why we use it
- To assess the loan request and contact the customer about it.
- To show you the status of the leads you sent and to pay connectors as agreed with Techfino.
- To meet Techfino's obligations as a regulated lender, including record keeping and fraud prevention.
We do not sell this information. It is shared with Techfino's service providers that run our systems, with lending partners only as needed to process a loan the customer applied for, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and deleting your account
Connector accounts are created by Techfino for registered partners. To close yours and have your details deleted, use Profile → Request account deletion in the app, or write to customercare@techfino.in from your registered email. Leads you already sent stay with Techfino as part of the lender's records, for as long as the law requires.
Security
The app talks to Techfino's servers only over HTTPS, keeps your session token in the phone's secure storage, and signs you out on request.
